Pingin Reality uses submitted feedback privately to understand your experience and improve the Lovefield project.

Only information you submit is stored. This can include the selected context, your feedback, and any name, email address, or permission you choose to provide or confirm.

Only submitted feedback is collected.

Optional uses stay separate: testimonial, feedback contact, future research invitations, project updates, documented analysis, and combined findings. You can withdraw each selected permission separately.

Feedback and linked optional details are kept only while needed for the purposes you selected, legal obligations, or the protection of rights. Some information may be retained when required to honor a withdrawal, comply with law, or protect legal rights.

Website hosting and data storage providers process submitted feedback for Pingin Reality. Feedback is stored in the European Union. Email delivery providers process your contact details only for uses you select.

Website use and communications

Website hosting and security process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Website analytics may process limited information about visits and interactions to help improve the site. You can change your choices in the privacy settings.

Contact messages are delivered by email. Project-update subscriptions use email delivery after you confirm your address.

Embedded YouTube videos stay inactive until you choose to play them. When you play a video, the privacy-enhanced YouTube player connects to YouTube. YouTube then processes technical information needed to deliver the video and may set or read data on your device. Google Privacy Policy.

Referral information from tagged links is used for visit statistics and, when website analytics are active, attribution. It is stored in your browser until you remove it through Privacy settings or clear this site's browser data.

Processing locations and safeguards

Feedback is stored in the European Union. Website analytics data is processed in Germany. Project-update data is stored in the Netherlands and Ireland; limited support access from India may occur. Website hosting and security use a global network, so technical data may be processed in the country handling a visit. Payment data may be processed in Switzerland, the European Union, and countries used by the selected payment method. Transfers to countries without an adequate level of data protection use recognized standard contractual clauses and supplementary safeguards where required.

Account access and payment processing

Stripe processes payment details for one-time and monthly contributions. Payment and identity records are retained for payment handling, legal obligations and the protection of rights. Review the payment privacy information before continuing.

You can sign in with Google or email. We store your verified email and linked sign-in identity to provide access to your account and its linked contributions. Our email provider sends the sign-in link and six-digit code as transactional email. The link and code share one sign-in transaction and expire in 10 minutes. Using either also invalidates the other.

Your secure account-session cookie lasts 30 days from sign-in. Using the website does not extend that period. Signing out ends this browser's session immediately. You sign in independently on another device.

If you pay without an account, your browser keeps access proof for 30 days from the first submission of that payment attempt. It lets you view that payment and link it to your account after signing in. Revisits or payment retries do not extend the period. Payment records and monthly contributions remain when this access expires. After linking, account access is independent of this proof.

Account and payment pages do not use website analytics or session replay. Your stored privacy choice stays unchanged. Signing in or paying does not subscribe you to project updates.
