Introducing the Lovefield Project
I’m Denis Pingin, a software engineer and energy-work practitioner. I started the Lovefield Project to understand experiences that changed how I see the world, and to develop and share the possibilities I found through them.
Several years ago, at dance events, I began noticing that people’s responses seemed connected with my attention, movement and proximity. Later, I noticed similar patterns while watching live streams, even though I wasn’t sending the other person video or audio of myself. As my practice developed, I began experiencing flows within my body and between me and my surroundings. More recently, I have noticed what seem to be related responses in the environment, like wind, water and clouds.

These experiences challenged my understanding of reality. Changes in myself, and the relief and well-being people described when I worked with them, also gave me a practical reason to continue. I wanted to understand what was happening and help others explore the potential for themselves.
I use the name Lovefield for the phenomenon I understand to connect these experiences. The project brings together practice, education, research and community to investigate it and develop useful applications. Healing, personal transformation and the development of our capacities are among the possibilities we are already exploring. Further work may reveal others we have not yet imagined.
Practice gives us ways to explore and work toward particular aims. Education shares knowledge and methods you can use to develop your understanding, capacities and practice. Research examines experiences, measurements and possible explanations. Community creates a place to exchange what we learn and take responsibility for developing the work together.
We are beginning to bring together written accounts, introductory learning material and plans for studies. These first examples and outlines are a starting point: we will expand and refine them as we document more experiences, develop the teaching and carry the research forward.
We are preparing investigations of wind, targeted vegetation movement and people’s experiences in ordinary encounters. Alongside these studies, we are developing the Reflection-Plane Hypothesis, an early attempt to describe how conscious experience and the material world might be connected. I continue to explore the practice and offer individual conversations and guidance.
I’ve chosen to devote my life and work to this purpose. Love, compassion and gratitude guide how I approach it, and I welcome people with different backgrounds, skills and perspectives.
You might want to develop a practice, share an experience, help investigate a question or contribute skills and resources. You might know a person or community with whom this work could connect. Explore the project, and get in touch if you would like to take part.
