Imprint and support terms
Nature and purpose
Financial support through this checkout is voluntary financial support for the Lovefield Project, operated by Pingin Reality. You choose a one-time or monthly amount. It is unrestricted within that project purpose and helps fund its activities, contributors, and shared resources.
These financial payments do not create an entitlement to any particular benefit. Depending on available capacity, individual circumstances and the project’s development, the operator may at their discretion offer benefits to particular supporters. No fixed exchange rate, eligibility rule or equal benefit for all supporters is promised. Checkout accepts amounts in CHF.
Contributions through this checkout support the project as a whole. Published milestones explain the project's funding priorities and do not earmark an individual payment.
The payment is non-charitable. The recipient makes no tax-deductibility claim and issues no donation receipt or tax certificate.

Payment and status
Paying on this website
Choose a one-time or monthly amount and review the currency, recipient and terms before confirming payment. Stripe processes the payment through fields embedded in this website. Your chosen payment method may require billing details or approval from your bank.
You can pay without creating an account or providing an email address to this website. You can also sign in or create an account before paying. Creating an account does not start a payment or subscribe you to project updates.
Leaving before submitting the payment creates no charge. Once you have submitted it, leaving the page or returning from bank approval does not establish whether it succeeded or cancel it. The payment result shows the confirmed outcome. If the payment is processing or its outcome is still being checked, do not submit another payment. Return to the same result or use the published contact details for help.
Your account and access
Use Your account to manage monthly support on this website. Sign in with Google or the link or code sent to your email. You do not need a separate Stripe account. The privacy notice explains account data, sign-in emails and session storage. A remembered sign-in lasts up to 30 days from sign-in; signing out ends it sooner.
After paying without signing in, create an account or sign in to connect that contribution to it. For monthly support, this gives you access to change the amount or payment method and cancel. Saving a one-time contribution to an account is optional. Account creation itself requires no contribution.
Connect a guest payment from the browser where you paid within 30 days of submitting it. After that deadline, or if you lose access to that browser before connecting an account, contact us for help. We need to establish which payment is yours before restoring access. Include the payment date, amount and reference if available; never send your full card number or security code. Once a contribution is connected, you can access it by signing in on another device. Leaving account setup unfinished does not cancel a successful payment or stop ongoing monthly payments.
One-time and monthly support
A one-time payment has no renewal. Monthly support starts with the first payment you confirm and continues at the displayed monthly amount until cancelled. The result distinguishes successful payment from processing, failed or incomplete payment; monthly support is shown as active only when that status is confirmed.
If you already support monthly, sign in to manage it. Your account can contain several separately created monthly contributions, each with its own amount and payment dates. Connecting another contribution to the same account does not combine or cancel them. Select the contribution you want to manage.
Changing an amount or payment method
Change the monthly amount in Your account. Review the current amount, new amount and effective date before saving. The change applies to future renewals from the date shown, without an extra payment or a refund. If the next renewal amount has already been finalized, that payment retains its existing amount and the website shows the later date when the new amount begins. Changing a future amount does not settle an outstanding payment.
Update the payment method for the selected monthly contribution using the embedded payment fields and any required bank approval. The update affects only that contribution. It does not itself charge a contribution or settle an outstanding payment. The account shows any payment that still needs your attention.
Cancelling monthly support
Cancel the selected monthly contribution in Your account or contact us for help. Cancellation stops future monthly payments, including automatic collection or retry of unpaid amounts that are not already processing. A payment already processing may still complete; its status remains visible, and you can contact us about it. Other monthly contributions are unchanged.
Cancellation does not prorate or refund earlier contributions. A refund alone does not cancel monthly support. Signing out or leaving the website also does not cancel it. Starting new monthly support later takes a new first payment. Authorization, decline, refund, reversal and chargeback handling occur through payment processing.
Payment problems and refunds
Contact us about a duplicate payment, a payment made by mistake or a payment you did not authorize. The recipient verifies the payment and sends an accepted refund to the original payment method.
Any cancellation, refund or payment-dispute rights that apply under mandatory law remain unaffected.
Governing law and jurisdiction
To the extent that a choice of law is permitted, these terms and contracts concluded with Pingin Reality through this website are governed by Swiss substantive law.
If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer law applicable to your contract in your country of habitual residence.
To the extent that a choice of court is permitted, the courts of the City of Zürich, Switzerland, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these contracts. Mandatory rights to bring proceedings before other competent courts remain unaffected, including rights available to consumers.
